Tonight I’ll be leading the weekly breathwork session at The Hub in West LA. If you haven’t been to this space, gift yourself this time. This evening is for all levels of experience with the breath. We’ll be working specifically with anchoring Self-Love through the Breath. Self-Love is the catalyst for Awakening & Healing. Self-Love is the Key that opens all doors...you’re worth it!

Bring: Yoga mat and/or blanket-we'll be sitting on the floor at first then lying down
for the breathwork.
