Returning (POEM)

A spiral staircase,
A cozy nook,
Seeking happiness
In yet another book
Veils come down
A parting of the mists
The Avalon you seek
Always in your midst
The central channel throbs
Inviting you deep within
Humming
Pulsing
Dispersing all the din
Find your seat
Ride the breath
Sing the Name
Coursing through your veins
The nameless Name
Wordless Word
Felt
Unspeakable Silence
Full Summer Moon
At the trailhead
Of your weathered fingertips
Ganges
Galilee
Ride the breath
Find your seat
Sing the Name
Sink and be dissolved
In Her timeless mystery.

A Thousand Beatiful Swords (POEM)

A thousand beautiful swords
Gleaming and graced,
How will you wield them
Will you deform your own face?
If your face be near
As well as far
Every stranger a looking glass
To see and heal
All your ancient scars.
A thousand beautiful swords
Full of strength and might
How will you wield them
To ravage another’s sight?
The brother’s eye you seek to
Pluck,
My dear one,
It is your own.
All this world’s
A hall of mirrors
No other faces,
Always your own.
Drink deep this elixir
Contained within my words
Let it reach every sinew
Every fiber
Every nerve,
Let it heal you of your afflictions
Your sorrow and your pain
Your oft regarded memories
So twisted, distorted, stained.
The fable writer lives amongst you
In your very house
Always crafting
Scheming
Have you feeling less than, scorned.
Drink deep this balm of Gilead
Let it lift your gaze
To the One who is eternal
Birthless, Deathless
Never on display.
These shops and stores
Catering to your tastes
Never quenching deep your seeking
Distractions for your pain.
Drink deep this clean elixir
Shake off your mortal coil
Come alive as Spirit
Amongst your brethren
And their toil.
You hold the light you seek
Dear One,
It’s never in another’s cave
It’s time to see the mirror clearly
Returning, free, unscathed.
There is no battle to be won
No flag that need be raised.
Your Holy Oaths
Serve only to protect you
While walking through illusion
Remembering This Grace.
Put down your weapons Dear One,
Sit tall
Breathe deep
And turn within
All answers of your seeking
Pulse bright along your veins
Be grateful I have told you
These words your soul lays bare.
Your faith is your protection
It’s drumbeat sings your Name.
The trust you hone
Will lead you home
Cleanse all the splinters

Beams and motes
From your downward gaze.
Join me on this journey
Dance o’er the quicksands
Lifted in your stage
You’re ready for this
Great emancipation
You never were a slave.
Freedom lives within you
Dear One,
And long before your grave,
If you choose it deeply
And walk it in my Name.

Maya's Weave (POEM)

Rolling dice
In Maya’s weave
A cinematic
Pixelated
Variegated
Chutes and Ladders,
Snakes and Ladders,
A rose by any other name,
She’ll meet you
Where you are
A perfect match
To occupy and
Satisfy.
As long as there is
A drive
A need
A thirst.
Yearning for more
Settling for less
Debting and debting and
Debting,
He forgets;
The light of a thousand Suns,
Endless Grace,
The True Face.
After countless
Climbs and slides
Some ancient
Memory arrives
Niggling
Twisting
Poking
Nudging you Alive.
Remember
Remember
Remember
She chides.
And vanishes once more,
Obscured by mind’s
Incessant absorption
On the surface of things.
Until you see
It’s you,
You see…
Shaping,
Forming
These infinite particles of light
Through words and
Sounds
Meanings lost and
Excitedly found.
Wheat-free
Breadcrumbs
Left behind
Shrapnel of trembling hands
Extensions of a Heart
Still questioning
As the tsunami of compassion
Tenderizes,
Breaks up the fascia
From centuries lived like Narcissus
Bent over
Fixated on the meaning in reflections,
Startled,
Jarred,
Shocked awake…
Back to the
Departure,
The trailhead
At the Center.

Meditation For The Love Of It

For many years, my most persistent experience of sitting meditation consisted of futile attempts to stop thinking followed by my chin landing repeatedly on my chest, fairly often accompanied by drooling on my meditation shawl.  A bobble-head doll that leaked -- nothing like my inner pictures of the Buddha.
Meditation seemed like this illusive mountaintop to summit, only I kept finding myself barefooted and passed out in base camp.
Oh, I could chant mantras for hours on end, read and gather information with the best, but sitting meditation?  That was something on the calendar for mastering “someday”.
That is, until I started working with Sally Kempton in a monastery tucked away in the Catskill Mountains of New York State over fourteen years ago.  Then under her monastic name of Swami Durgananda, she graciously took on working with an eager group of twenty-somethings one night a week after most ashramites had begun settling in for the night.
A handful or more of us would gather in the small meditation hall, it’s walls quietly infusing the space with the echoes of countless mantras and the delicate lingering aroma of sweet smelling champa, under the quiet reflection of a single candle.
Walking to the hall for those evenings with Sally kindled a kinetic joy that sent armies of goose bumps through my body.  It felt like getting on the train to Hogwarts with Harry Potter every week to soak up ancient wisdom passed along in secret.
I had my first blush crush on meditation, not yet a fully blown love affair, it indeed had my attention and held accountable by the promise that gained me entry to these gatherings, I was sitting every day.
Those evenings, writes Sally, were fodder for articulating the many precise and powerful doorways into what she calls “the meditation channel in your consciousness – a bandwidth of tranquility, energy, and joy”, doorways that overflow from her newest book MEDITATION FOR THE LOVE OF IT.
Having used ECSTATIC BREATHWORK as my primary entryway to meditation for coming up on seven years now, sitting meditation had devolved from that time in the ashram into becoming sporadic and infrequent.
Toward the end of 2009, I started noticing an inner pull to start sitting again, at first subtle, and soon relentless.  Around that time, a friend gave me a copy of the EOC Institute’s Equisync CD.  The disc uses a technology called binaural beats to literally meditate your brain.  That night I loaded it onto my iPod, set up a meditation spot, put on the headphones, and was stunned.  No bobble-head.  No drooling.  No passing out.  Whatever was going on with this CD, it was keeping me alert, present, and available for meditation.  I started sitting two to three times a day, and found those doorways Sally pointed to many years back wide open and patiently waiting for me begin working with again.
Within weeks, the profound stillness in my sitting practice was simply one pause away.  Just taking time to internally pause in the middle my day, I’d notice this profound and palpable Presence of stillness and wellbeing wash over me.  The more attention I gave to it, the stronger it would seem to become.  My doorway is generally to notice what Sally points out as the delicate space between any two thoughts.  The more I meditate, the more obvious and accessible this space becomes.
Drawing on the wisdom and grace of a timeless lineage of enlightened tantric masters, MEDITATION FOR THE LOVE OF IT is no ordinary book.  It is what in Sanskrit is referred to as chaitanya; it is enlivened.  What that means is that beyond the tremendous informational education, the book carries within it the ability to reveal within you the experiences it points at.  I can rarely read more than a few pages at time before I feel an unavoidable visceral pull into meditation.
Simply put, this is not a book to be consumed on the way to literary prowess, it’s a delicacy to be savored, ruminated over, and kept close at hand.

Friday, October 15th ~ 8:00-9:30pm ~ The Hub (West LA)

Sacred Breath of Life ~

This Friday night, we’ll focus on recharge, renewal, and rejuvenation as pathways to the Sacred within.  The more quickly you can learn to recharge, the more quickly you get back on purpose, in flow, and feel the tremendous support of Universal Energy Flow and Grace supporting you every step along the way.  It’s crucial to learn to rejuvenate and maintain openness going forward.  With a strong base of support from within, expansion into and recognition of your True Nature are natural...

When All Is Said And Done

When All is said and done,
will you
remember
to check your roots for
the Source of your nutrients?

Will you remember that
this very stem,
these proud emerald leaves
and oh-so-alluring petals
fluttering in the sweet afternoon breeze
are all on
the express train
back to the Nothing
from whence they came?

And will you
cling to the flittering flaky fragments...
ancient foliage finely ground to dust with
time's relentless mortar and pestle?

Will you then,
Dear One,
willingly remember;
You are, and
always have been,
This boundless pulsation of
Force
ricocheting through
all plants
Everywhere?

"Embracing The Unknown" ~ This Friday 8-9:30pm, Ecstatic Breathwork at The Hub

In the Tantric scriptures of Kashmir, Knowledge is revealed as being either limited and bound (which gives rise to suffering) or Living Knowledge which gives rise to Freedom.  Learning to let go of limited knowledge through trust, surrender, and embrace of the unknown makes SPACE for Living Knowledge to be revealed with in, and with it, all the ecstasy, joy, love, and freedom we’ve been seeking through so many externals.  Come dive in!

FRIDAY, September 17th 8-9:30pm  ~ EMBRACING THE UNKNOWN;
ECSTATIC BREATHWORK at The Hub

In the Heart of the Unknown, the alchemy of transformation, Awakening, and truly LIVING await.  Intellectual knowing is all accumulated from the past, and has its place...and it won’t reveal that Inner Splendor at the Heart of Who and What you are.  For that, you must Trust yourself enough let go of the known and dive into the awesome, the Heart of Freedom, the Unknown.  It’s the safest place of all in this free-fall.  We’ll focus intention and the power of this Ecstatic Breathwork to reveal and let go into this Inner Splendor in all it’s glory!

Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse ~ How To Thrive Amidst Big Energies

It’s a big month astrologically.  Whether you subscribe to that “stuff” or not, our bodies are 90% water and like the tides of the oceans, we are affected vastly by the pulls between the Sun, Moon, and gravitational field of the Earth.  When you’re able to be clear, grounded, and open, big events like Full Moons, Eclipses, and the Solstices (the Summer Solstice is peaking now) can be rocket fuel for your intentions.  But how do you get clear quickly?  Can you stay clear?  A big energy is a big energy, whether it’s a Full Moon, an upset friend or lover, a huge promotion, or your own emotions.  Learning to surf these energy flows, CREATE, and have FUN along the way are big keys to OPENING and THRIVING.

(HuffPost) Sacrifice: Choosing The Sacred Over the Profane

Not too long ago I tweeted, "When I know what I'm saying 'Yes' to, it's easy to say no."

Sacred. Profane. What do these words really mean? Is it about standing on some moral higher ground that assures belonging, safety, and the necessities of life? Paying homage to some being or group's values out of fear of being on the wrong side of the law?

What if there's a point of view that's not peering out from the bowels of some dank cave of insufficiency and insecurity built by ego's fear of future suffering rooted in the pain of the past?

What if there are no such absolutes as 'right' and 'wrong'?

Sacrifice at its root is about recognizing something as sacred and acting in accord with that recognition. Sacred isn't set in stone, and it certainly isn't about feeble attempts at self-deprivation. Self-deprivation is just an insecure ego's attempt to feel better about itself by being extreme.

What's sacred for you may be completely different from what's most aligned with my inner compass. They don't have to agree to both be of immense value.

Recently I had occasion to be in a private meeting with a teacher who embodies a kind of unfettered freedom and liberation I've always sensed as possible, but had never met face-to-face. I was given fifteen minutes to use in any way I wished, with the intention of bringing this liberated perspective to pressing concerns or questions.

Knowing about the meeting nearly two months in advance gave me plenty of time to obsess about coming up with questions that would really matter, make some long-term impact on my walk through life.

It wasn't until the final five minutes of the meeting that the most core concern I've lugged unknowingly through every corridor of my life surfaced.

"I have this irrational fear that I could do something which would irrevocably land me in eternal damnation, and it's at the back of every place where I have fear and get controlling. It makes no sense to me logically that I even have it. No amount of logic seems to make any real difference in releasing it's hold," I said, both surprised and supremely grateful that it revealed itself.

It's these kinds of not-yet-recognized fears that create factions, power struggles, wars, inner division, and separation from the very love we seek with each other, and ultimately within.

It's likely that this core fear is a teacher for me. It will reveal itself in various forms and circumstances, giving me the opportunity to hone my clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and trust. Versions of it are likely to be faithful companions, becoming the weights I use in the gym of my life to build the muscles of discrimination, detachment, focus, and Awareness of Truth that transcend morals and survival.

So as I willingly grow through the days, weeks, and beyond with the help of this ancient form of resistance, knowing why I walk ahead, what I'm saying 'Yes' to, is fuel for the walk.

I'm saying yes to freedom from any form of suffering.

I'm saying yes to that same freedom for anyone in the circles of my life.

I'm saying yes to being unshakably rooted in the clear and embodied knowing of What I am.

When the mind starts to get agitated, looking to control some situation or person to assure my safety and survival, simply taking a long pause to breathe and recognize that I am safe, whole, and free (to refocus my attention on what I'm saying 'Yes' to) is enough to create some space in my experience. It's enough to relax my body. It's a choice to feel that peace is more valuable (sacred) than control.

Know what's most valuable to you.

Know what can distract you from what you most value. This, for you, is the profane, and to be released.

Align your attention with what you most value and cherish.

Forgive yourself when you forget, and realign your attention with what you hold sacred.

Let the seeming wins and losses guide you into deeper core strength with the practice rather than being defining moments of your worth or lack thereof.

Let it be simple.

Tremendous Amount of Energy

Tremendous Amount of Energy

Yep.

A lot.

The grand option of
Frittering it away in
Mindless twittering,
Flitting,
Flirting with emptiness
And not the kind
So full of contentment
As to thwart
Ego's incessant
Conniving
Pleading, and
Conning for more
Square footage.

how very 1986.

Moving on
Is moving In.

Nowhere to go
Nothing to do
No one to be.

Let the masks
Fall where they may
Clattering to the hardwood
to end the clammering
For flattery.

Just This.

What are you Investing in? Wealth Pt.2

Picture by Gregory Colbert from the Ashes and Snow series

How do we price goods and services if the metric is no longer scarcity and uniqueness?  Can we still seek to thrive through short-cuts?  Will we have to be more conscious of everything involved in an exchange at an awareness capacity beyond mere industrial 1950's linear rationalization?  Are we willing to be as clear and grounded as that type of economy would require for fluidity and mutual benefit to all involved?

These are just handful of the many questions coming up for me as I study the money system alongside my exploration of Self-Love and Exchange.  As I write this last line, it's just fallen dark outside and a hummingbird is poking his beak through the screen at my window repeatedly, and buzzing in his characteristically George-Jetson-car-like way.

After my last blog piece on Wealth, my Mom emailed me, commented, "Losing our way with financial discipline does not get resolved by bartering, as we still must deal with the history of making financial choices that hurt us."

I let her know that I wholeheartedly agree.  One of my biggest concerns with the various local currency systems and barter groups that are proliferating is with the repetition of the same dysfunctional self-images re-creating similar patterns around exchange.  Rules can only do so much to guide the unfolding of a project.  The awareness of all the people involved intimately shapes the emergence from and through the group.

Number one ~  I must know myself.  Not just my address, or my favorite kind of cheese, but who and what I really am; independent of thoughts and emotions.  Who and what am I?  I if I don't know myself, I'm liable to be unconscious at the wheel of life and make blind decisions detached from their impact on the world I am integrally a part of.

Number two ~ I must honestly value myself as a beingness.  This is where the self-love comes in.  Self-Love stems from true Self-Knowledge.  Self-love doesn't come from a number of standing ovations from large crowds (though it can help break up a person's distorted negative self-image by having his gifts witnessed and appreciated).  Self-love comes from intimately knowing that I am not my past, I am not my psychological wounds, I am not the thoughts in my mind.....moving into the realm of knowing ~ I am Nothing, and I am Everything, and I am right here.  I am perfect, whole, and complete in every moment.  Nothing I can do, say, think, or feel can change what I truly and already Am (though these things can hide it from my conscious awareness).

Number three ~ I must value You!  And see that you also are Nothing, Everything, Perfect, Whole, and Complete.  I can't do number three fully without first deeply engaging with numbers one and two.  If I try to value you without knowing and valuing me, my perception of you is only a projection.  As soon as you do something I don't like, I'll withdraw my valuing of you.  What about that makes sense?  Either you're valuable, or you're not.

Number four ~ I must consider the impact of every footstep I take on the whole of which I am a part.  I'm not suggesting shredding your mind with a infinite number of new thoughts for policing your actions.  I'm suggesting that when you begin to know yourSelf as you Are, you won't have to go to the mind for that kind of Awareness.  It'll arise spontaneously in the moment, fed by your intent and willingness.

In a competitive paradigm driven by scarcity and uniqueness, someone must lose.  Someone goes hungry and without clean water.  We have the resources on this planet, for every human to have enough to eat and clean water to drink.  In an "accumulation" paradigm, the competitors have no time to look out for the welfare of anything outside their sphere, unless it's a public relations attempt at throwing a "glamour" over their image to gain more resources through a short-cut.

It's time for what Buckminster Fuller calls a You AND Me world....a world where everyone matters.  But if this paradigm is imposed it won't last long.  Resistance will buck that like a mechanical bull on rocket fuel.  For a real and grounded You AND Me world to emerge, awakening must dawn in more humans.  A powerful pathway?  Self-Love.  It's only a matter of time and focus before Self-Love reveals Awareness of One-Self....even if it's like a flower fluttering open and closed throughout the day, a little goes a long way.

WEALTH

I am one of the wealthiest people I know.

I have unlimited access to Abundance.

My Abundance can not be even minutely reflected by a number in the current monetary system.

"Contemporary European author, Bernard Lietaer, former senior officer of the Belgian Central Bank and one of the chief architects of the Euro currency, in his book, Of Human Wealth, says that greed and fear of scarcity are programmed; they do not exist in nature, not even in human nature. They are built into the money system in which we swim, and we've been swimming in it so long that these shadows have become almost completely transparent to us. We have learned to consider them normal and legitimate behavior. He concludes that Adam Smith's system of economics could more accurately be described as the allocation of scarce resourses through the process of individual greed. The whole process of Smith's "modern" economics actually has its roots in primitive fears of scarcity, greed, and the implementation too -- the process by which this became real -- was money."
~ from
THE SOUL OF MONEY by Lynne Twist

I have an abundance of time, Love, Awareness, and Healing...all of which are valuable commodities that can be exchanged without limit. On more directly observable levels are all the skills and talents I have been blessed with and continue to uncover, develop, and expand.

As we inch and perhaps eventually sprint into what will be the new economy of Exchange inside of a circle without beginning or end, you and I will have an ever expanding community with which to exchange our abundant resources for food, clothing, shelter, learning, entertainment, health & fitness, and so many other commodities.

This form of exchange requires that I develop and expand Self-Love, which allows me to clearly recognize, honor, and value the abundant resources I steward and share. As I have authentic awareness of the value of these gifts, they become recognizably valuable in the marketplace of Exchange.

When I let the status of my debt-to-income ratio in the current monetary system become the metric for my self-worth, I can not and do not perceive my innate abundance and the profound abundance of the natural world, and reflexively obscuring this value, rendering it unable to be exchanged within the world at large.

Perhaps this is in the direction of what Jesus meant by teaching his students to "Be in the world but not of it." For it's not about pretending the current monetary system doesn't exist. At the moment, I can't walk into Whole Foods and ask the cashier to exchange a cart full of groceries for a healing session. That, however, doesn't confine the scope of exchange solely to the current monetary system.

For example, there may be one or more people who have services I would need or want, and who see great value in experiencing my work. By exchanging outside the monetary system, money I would have spent on those services now becomes available for purchasing that cart full of groceries from Whole Foods.

So I'm not presenting an "either/or" scenario. Rather, a complementary relationship between the two systems...a way to think, step, and act outside the box that so many of us have found ourselves at one time or another confined by.

As I have more and more successful exchanges in this type of barter system, where all parties are uplifted by through the entire process all the way to completion, each of us leaves these exchanges with a deeper awareness of our innate Abundance, Value, and Worth...bolstering the whole system.

I do believe that developing the musculature for these types of Awareness and Exchange is crucial if we are to thrive in the times ahead. My intuition tells me that we've only seen the beginning of the crumbling of the current economic structures, an appetizer for a potentially very unpleasant meal for those dependent on the current system.

And let me be crystal clear here; I don't think this crumbling is some form of retribution or punishment for past deeds as such. I am being shown that it is part of our collective Awakening to the Truth of Who and What we Truly Are.

In the process of Awakening, illusions are exposed. Any and all illusions. The current monetary system is no longer backed up by gold. It is mere printed paper based on indebtedness. There is very little, if any, reflection of the true abundance of the natural world, and what you and I truly are. This neither makes the monetary system good or bad. It is simply a reflection of our collective conscious awareness. We are growing and realizing more expanded levels of consciousness, so our systems will mirror this phoenix-in-the-flames movement.

What's the key? The main key I see for myself is to deeply, viscerally know what I am, to honor, value, and steward This in myself, and all of life through the ways I take each and every step in my life.

The Yoga of Freedom: This Friday, 11/6 7:30-9pm

Have you had the sense that you could feel and experience more Freedom in your day-to-day life?

It’s been said in India that when you take 1 step towards your Freedom, GRACE takes 1,000 steps towards you. Nearly 1700 years ago, a Sage/Saint by the name of Patanjali composed his famous YOGA SUTRAS as a guide to taking each of those single steps towards Freedom that draw Infinite Grace to You.

One of the 8 limbs or aspects of Patanjali’s instructions many of you are already working with: Pranayama. Prana means life-force or breath, Yama means control or regulation. So Pranayama is the regulation of life-force as a support to Awakening to and Embodying the Freedom of your own Essential Nature.

Together we’ll now begin to explore the simple, powerful, and supportive power other limbs. No previous knowledge of Yoga, Patanjali, Pranayama, or Breathwork are necessary. All that is necessary is the appetite for further Freedom. All levels of experience are welcome and Invited.

This Friday night, we’ll begin our journey with Patanjali and Grace as our guides. We’ll experience how simple and profoundly effective these instructions can be.

In each session, we’ll work with simple, powerful, awakened meditation techniques that you can use to Ground and Deepen the experience of Freedom that will open for you in the work.

There's Only One Place

You
who've scoured these
tinderboxes of sandy brown hills,
crackling parched crevices in your hands,
constellations of blisters
across the palms of your withered feet;
always the scent of hope
just when you'd give up
searching for some inkling of life,
just one little shoot
or sprout
would do...
The scorched inclines
consumed by the flames of your
tireless need for
something more than This...
sweeter,
brighter,
shinier,
a thin gossamer veil
to pretty you up,
and drape across
a faltering house of cards.

Give up losing this
house-rigged game
over and again.

Come home.
Come home.
Come home.

Wrap yourself in
the shawl of endless warmth.
Dye yourself in
the hue of this peace of mind
that won't fade in the Light of days on end.
Fidget with the hinge of the
lock on your Heart just
one more time,
and See.
Just See...
a dangling lock on
an already opened door.

You see,
there's intelligence in all this
seeming chaos.
Why would He dare attempt
locking anything so vast
as the infinity of Love
that Is your Heart?

So go on your not-so-merry chase
for something to hold you over,
until you wear yourself out
completely.
And as you heave and gasp
for one precious breath
my Dear One,
He can finally fill you with
His Truth;
You're already home
You're already home
For where else could you possibly go
when there's only
One place?

Love's Expression Unfolding through YOU:

While I was living in the Siddha Yoga Meditation Ashram, having my life and my molecules completely reorganized by Love's relentless waves, I had the thought that one day I'd probably go back out into the world and work again (though when I joined the staff, I intended on staying forever...). I knew that whatever I did in the world needed to impact the most people possible in a positive way, so I asked myself what lines of work and industries had the furthest reach on the planet. And after a lot of inquiry and interviewing people, I settled on the entertainment industry.

Though I left behind formal employment in entertainment when I left CAA over 7 years ago, I never left that commitment behind - to be a conduit for affecting the most number of people on the planet in a positive way.

Just now while lying on my massage table doing the breathwork I usually guide others through, some dots connected up, in the way they seem to when I get out of my intellect and into a place open-hearted expansion and surrender. In that place, social media, Twitter to be exact, rose up in my awareness.

I've had a number of conversations lately with people who've somewhat defined themselves by being non-Twitter users, stating their lack of interest in following peoples latest meals, bowel movements, and latest finds at the flea market. All that is just one layer of social media...and we're in the midst of a Expression Movement; a defining era that is opening up wide expression capacities for EVERYONE. Just like the town you live in, there are people at every level of consciousness, and as social media networks continue to expand, we'll see all those layers expressed in status updates and tweets.

HOWEVER, that doesn't yet touch what's possible with these networks. Now more than ever, we have a chance to not only "Be the Change", but have it impact wide circles of people, people we may never even meet by putting our expression out there...writing and posting the things you'd want to be lifted up by, the articles, quotes, and sites that expand your point of view, your capacity to hold lots of points of view without having to make any one of them the only or the right point of view.

There's no end to how powerful these networks are and will become. Feel like you can't come up with something "worth" posting? That's just insecurity trying to shut down your voice.....just old bullshit coming to the surface to be released as the illusion it is. Still unclear about insecurity? Read my earlier blogs about my own dance with that part of the shadow.

Bypass judgment, and jump in! You have Awesome and Amazing things to share. You have a gorgeous Heart and can be as much of a conduit of Spirit and Love and Awakening as anyone...or good tips about how to keep rats out of a roof garden (wish one of you in my network had been tweeting about that a few weeks ago!).

Drop the fear, and write! Share it! Trust more :)

Love,
Scott

Approaching The Meal

Definitely hungry
and willing to be more patient
as everything really worth realizing
is already here
the more i relax
the more i smile and
let go
while remaining attentive to exchange
the easier its getting to see the Truth
right under my nose.
Ahhhh……
THANK YOU!!!
You are the storyteller now
each word
a note
passing through the
flute of the spine
chakras
the holes
breath awakening the
senses to recognize and allow
His/Her Light
to permeate and
reveal.
