ECSTATIC BREATHWORK returns to NYC! April 13-17

I’m so excited to be coming back to the East Coast, back to New York City after nearly eight months growing deeper roots in Los Angeles!  The work, like so many things continues to evolve and deepen.  I can’t wait to share it with you!  In addition to longer private sessions, there will be two workshops with the breath, one in Manhattan, and one in Brooklyn!



Private Sessions of Ecstatic Breathwork by appointment:

These sessions last an hour and fifteen minutes and are $175.  48hrs cancellation by phone for changes to your appointment time.

Bring:  A folded blanked or yoga mat.  We'll be sitting on the floor at first then move to laying down for the breath meditation.  If you tend to get chilly, bring a warmer layer to put on.


BROOKLYN Ecstatic Breathworkshop - Saturday, April 17th, 4-6pm

Directions:  You can take the G train to the Greenpoint avenue stop and exit the train station towards India street.  You will be on Manhattan avenue.  From there cross India street and continue walking north on Manhattan for two blocks. Turn left onto Green street. We are the cream colored warehouse at the end of the block. There are many doors on this building.  Ours says 97 Green Street Apt G3.
